Gregg Gimlin brings a solid, professional background providing senior finance and administration management and consulting expertise in the areas of manufacturing, wholesale distribution and numerous service companies.

His career began in the manufacturing industry over 25 years ago at PACCAR, Inc., makers of Kenworth trucks. From there, Gregg’s experience extended to domestic and international organizations, both large and small, where he provided leadership in a team environment, working with and as a member of Senior Management. Gregg has also worked with and served as a member on Boards of Directors. Gregg’s ability to quickly dive into the core of the situation and implement commonsense solutions helps clients feel confident about the way he and his staff conduct business by focusing on clearly defined objectives.

Gregg Gimlin is experienced in providing senior finance and administration management expertise to manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and service companies. Gregg provides leadership in a team environment by merging financial and operational perspectives in developing strategies. His ability to quickly get to the core of situations and implement commonsense solutions has provided immediate, positive results.

People feel confident working with Gregg because of the effective business decisions he makes. Take for instance that Gregg provided the financial leadership that took a $15 Million manufacturing company from a $300,000 loss to a $200,000 profit in one year. Or that the stock of a $50 Million publicly traded service company rose from $.13 per share to $2.00 per share in four years. He was Vice-President and a member of the Board of a start-up manufacturing subsidiary that developed in three years to an $8 Million operation with the second largest market share. In a $100 Million wholesale distribution company, Gregg had the lowest bad debt loss in the industry while consistently holding first or second place market share. And, as the Vice President – Finance of a manufacturing company, he taught in-house classes on Master Scheduling, and led a committee that reduced manufacturing overhead expense by twenty-three percent.

He built on his previous experience in the manufacturing industry with successive, smaller, companies and subsidiaries, expanding into all areas of administration. Gregg has worked with both domestic and international organizations. What’s more, his breadth of experience, along with three years of World-Class Performance training, provided a versatile, transferrable background that allowed quick assimilation with bottom line results in a highly-regulated service environment. During his career, Gregg worked for companies that manufactured center pivot irrigation systems and other specialized farm equipment; over-the-road and off-road trucks; steel containers; and truck mounted cranes. He also worked for a company that distributed large four-wheel drive farm tractors, and one that owns a national chain of vocational career schools. In addition, he understands being a small business owner, as he has also owned a retail store and was co-owner of a computer consulting company.

Gregg received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio State University, and gained a Master of Business Administration degree with honors from the University of Kansas and has taken doctorate level courses in Communications Studies there as well. He completed World-Class Performance training with R.D. Garwood, and David W. Buker, and Strategic Planning with Harbridge House. Gregg is a CPA and is certified in Production and Inventory Management.
